Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At SuperHumanLabs, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery – no questions asked.
What Can Be Returned
- Unopened products in original packaging – full refund
- Opened/partially used products – full refund (yes, even if you have tried it and did not like it)
- Damaged or defective products – full refund or free replacement, your choice
- Wrong item received – free replacement + prepaid return label
What Cannot Be Returned
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Gift cards
- Products returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Products showing signs of tampering or misuse
- Free promotional items or samples
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@superhumanlabs.io with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and your reason
- Receive Your RA Number: We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization number and return shipping instructions
- Ship It Back: Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
- Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal refunds are usually reflected within 24-48 hours
- You may also choose store credit instead, which is applied instantly and never expires
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- Change of mind / did not like the product: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Subscription cancellations: If returned within the 30-day window, we cover return shipping for the first return
Exchanges
Want a different product instead? We are happy to exchange:
- Follow the same return process above and specify the product you would like instead
- If the replacement is a higher price, you will be charged the difference
- If the replacement is a lower price, the difference will be refunded
- Exchanges ship free within the US
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, leaked, or appears defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and your order number
- We will ship a free replacement immediately (no need to return the damaged product in most cases)
- Alternatively, we can issue a full refund if you prefer
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after our confirmation email:
- Check your bank or credit card account again (some banks have longer processing times)
- Contact your credit card company or bank – refunds can take time to officially post
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, email us at support@superhumanlabs.io and we will investigate immediately
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of placement
- After 2 hours, the order may have already been processed for shipping
- If your order has already shipped, please follow the standard return process above
