Shipping Overview

At SuperHumanLabs, we are committed to getting your supplements to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from our fulfillment center in the United States.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping – FREE on orders over $50

Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days

• Orders under $50: $4.99 flat rate
• Orders over $50: FREE

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days

• All orders: $9.99

Overnight Shipping

Estimated delivery: Next business day

• All orders: $19.99
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are shipped same day
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day

International Shipping

Standard International

Estimated delivery: 10-21 business days

• Canada: $9.99
• UK & Europe: $14.99
• Australia & New Zealand: $16.99
• Rest of World: $19.99

Express International

Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days

• All destinations: $29.99

Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. SuperHumanLabs has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
• During peak sale periods (Black Friday, holiday season), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package through:

• The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• Your account dashboard under “My Orders”
• Contacting our support team at support@superhumanlabs.io

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package weight, destination, and shipping speed selected. The carrier is automatically selected for the best combination of speed and reliability.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

We proudly ship to P.O. Boxes and all military APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that Express and Overnight shipping options are not available for these address types. Standard shipping timelines may be extended for military addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying regulations, certain products may not be eligible for shipment to all states or countries. If your order contains a restricted item, we will contact you within 1 business day to arrange alternatives or a refund for the affected item.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first
• If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
• For packages that arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage
• We will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or full refund within 3-5 business days

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. SuperHumanLabs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will apply.
